a lot of people discussed with me about minimum wage and public housing. actually my stand is quite clear. minimum wage would not help anybody but make everyone worse off. it would have no effect now as the lack of low-skilled labour would eventually push the wage beyond $28 quite soon. forget about inflation for the moment.
and housing is not even a competitive market. not even close to perfect. so government intervention is necessary.
